Dr. Angela Durham MD has been practicing mental health counseling and General Psychiatry for over 15 years in Kentucky. She graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2003 and then went on to attend the University of Louisville Medical School, graduating in 2007. As a dedicated mental health therapist, she provides expert care in treating depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Do you take insurance?

Dr. Durham does not take insurance but can provide you with a superbill to file with your insurance company. This cannot be done with Medicare or Medicaid.

How do I pay?

You can pay online via credit card or with cash for an in person visit.

Can I cancel my appointment?

Appointments may be cancelled up to two days prior to your scheduled time. After this, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

What age groups do you see?

Dr. Durham see patients from ages 18-65 years old.

Do you do Ketamine or TMS?

Dr. Durham does not offer these services but will be happy to recommend you to someone.
